We are first and foremost a computer
repair service company. We are proud to be rated A+ by the Better Business
Bureau. We repair all types of desktops and laptops usually within 24-48 hours.
You will speak with local Maine people when calling for assistance with a
computer problem. No waiting on hold for hours while waiting for service from India or Pakistan.
We are based in the United States, a stones throw from the Atlantic Ocean in Old
Orchard Beach, Maine.
We also offer free delivery and setup
on new computers. We will dispose of your old computer hardware at no charge. We
ensure that you are online and your printers, scanners are all installed. We set
up your internet connections and email at no charge.
We are well renowned for our
excellent support after the sale or repair has been completed. All support calls
are answered locally by real people and we have an answering service with techs on call from 7
a.m. until 10 p.m. We offer same day service for our business customers ensuring
that you are back in business with minimal down time. We do both in-home and
onsite service as well as in-shop repairs.
We provide our customers with free
remote service software so we can do remote service from our state of the art
repair facility. This allows us to take care of minor problems with little or no
cost to our customers. Remote support is offered to non-customers at an
affordable rate.
We provide our customers with a
24-7 online
HELP DESK to assist them in solving minor problems. We invite
non-customers to use our HELP DESK at no charge as a courtesy.
The Staff:
Our company was started in 1999 by
John P. Griffin. John has been working with computers since 1980. John has many
years experience in business management and holds a masters degree in business
having graduated with highest honors. John is a former martial arts instructor,
personal trainer and aerobics instructor. He carries over a hundred and seventy certifications including
HP Master PC Technician and HP Master TV Technician.
Donna (Whitten) Griffin joined the company
in 2002 and works as a systems and software trainer as well as a Level I
technician. Donna holds a B.S. in Special Education. Donna is well known for her
highly successful and patient training methods. She worked with disabled adults
and children for over 24 years as an administrator.
Atticus Finch Griffin is our Oceanside
Computer Sales & Service, LLC. mascot. Atticus, a beautiful cairn terrier can be found sleeping
underneath the work benches or sneaking around the counter to visit
with our customers.
