Payments:
All purchases online are accepted through Paypal. You do not need a Paypal
account. Just use your credit card and it will be processed through Paypal. This
gives you added protection as you do not need to give us your credit card
numbers. We are a Paypal Verified business. Local customers may pay at the store
using a credit card, check or cash.
Returns:
All returns are subject to a 35% restocking
charge. We do not allow returns on special or custom orders. All special and
custom orders must be pre-paid. We do not accept returns on any software except
for defective software which will be replaced with the same title.
Unclaimed repairs after 30 days may be
charged a daily storage fee. After 60 days we will dispose of unclaimed repairs
in accordance with Maine state law.
