again for a great product and superb customer support. I did send a message to
the BBB but I am not sure they got it. I did emphasize in that message that I
was a preferrred customer of Dell for the last 9 years but that has changed
forever. I also stated that I only wish I had discovered Oceanside Computers
sooner. Buying local is the way to go and especially with your company. You can

I was told that the motherboard in
my wife's computer was fried and that I needed to buy a new computer. I had
heard from a friend that I should try Oceanside Computer because of their good
service and expertise. I brought my computer to a man named John who diagnosed
my problem, repaired the computer, added memory and it works better than new. My
wife Celeste who had been complaining as to how slow the computer was is as
happy as a gofer in loose dirt.

My computer was "fried" when I
took it to Oceanside Computer Service. I was not only blown away when John said
he could fix it but I couldn't believe the price he quoted to me. Even though
the problem turned out to be more complex than he had anticipated, and we had no
recovery disc, he and Donna took the time to re-install everything manually
which was much more time consuming than expected. Here's the real shocker! He
never charged me a penny more than the original price he had quoted to me. To
say that I am a happy customer is an understatement. I recommend that you don't
waste your time shopping around for a better deal. You won't find one. Stick to
Oceanside Computer Service. You won't be disappointed!

I can't possibly thank the two of
you enough for your help this week. I do bookkeeping for several clients, along
with a newsletter and website. When my computer went down late Tuesday I totally
stressed. I had financial reports to prepare, documents to send, not to mention
emails to keep up on. I really thought I was going to lose all of my information
and miss all deadlines. On Wednesday John did his best to locate the needed part
for my computer, to no avail. On Thursday he built me a totally new computer,
better than the one that had failed on me. It would have cost me just as much to
fix my old "relic" as it did to have a new system designed and built by
Oceanside Computers. Donna went above and beyond to get all of my records
transferred and make sure I had everything I needed to just bring it home, plug
it in and keep on working - never missed a deadline. It was great to only have
to go a few blocks from home to find such great service! I can't imagine why
anyone would go to a "big box store" when we have such a great place right here
in town.
Thanks again guys - you are forever my "computer gurus".
